N8 Web Solutions ("N8 Web", "we", "us") is a web development and digital advertising business operated by Nathan Eckford in Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website (n8web.com) and the tools and integrations we operate for our clients, including our applications that connect to the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google advertising platforms.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us or contact us, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message.
- Advertising platform data. When a client authorizes our application to access their Meta or Google advertising accounts, we access the data those platforms make available through their APIs under the permissions granted — for example ad account details, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative, audiences, budgets and performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, leads and conversions), and the name and ID of the business, page or ad account.
- Basic technical data. Our web server records standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- To create, manage, monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on behalf of the clients who authorized us.
- To produce performance reports for those clients.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you have engaged us for.
- To keep our website and systems secure.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use data obtained from Meta or Google platforms for any purpose other than providing services to the client who authorized access, and we do not share it with data brokers or use it to build profiles for other parties.
Sharing
We share information only with the client whose account the data belongs to, with service providers that host our systems (under confidentiality obligations), or where required by law. Advertising data remains subject to Meta's and Google's own terms and policies.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers and devices with access limited to N8 Web. Access tokens are kept in private storage and are never published. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
Retention
We keep advertising data and reports only as long as needed to provide services to the client and meet legal or accounting obligations. When a client relationship ends or access is revoked, we delete the associated data within 30 days unless the client asks us to keep reports.
Data deletion
You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you or your business at any time by emailing nate@n8web.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days. You can also remove our application's access at any time from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations or Apps and websites) or in Meta Business Settings, and from your Google account permissions.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act) you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual limits. Contact us at the address below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
