These terms govern your use of the n8web.com website and the services and applications provided by N8 Web Solutions ("N8 Web", "we", "us"), operated by Nathan Eckford in Alberta, Canada, including our applications that connect to the Meta and Google advertising platforms. By using them you agree to these terms.

Services

N8 Web provides website development, web and mobile application development, hosting and maintenance, and digital advertising management. Specific deliverables, fees and timelines for client work are set out in a separate agreement or written quote, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

Advertising platform access

Our advertising applications are used only by N8 Web to manage and report on advertising accounts that their owners have authorized us to access. By granting access you confirm that you are authorized to do so for the accounts involved. You can revoke access at any time through Meta or Google account settings. Your use of those platforms remains subject to Meta's and Google's own terms and advertising policies, and we are not responsible for decisions those platforms make (such as ad rejections or account restrictions).

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and content you have the right to use.
• Do not use our website or services for anything unlawful, or attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Intellectual property

Content on this website belongs to N8 Web unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work produced for clients is governed by the client's agreement with us.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is". Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, N8 Web is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
